Jeni was extremely helpful over the phone. David arrived on time, he explained the process all over again, super professional and left our carpet clean and smelling wonderful.

Treated 17 dog urine stains that had penetrated through the carpet pad and causing our dog to continue to mark them. Armstrong got all stains out and the odor is gone as no more marking by our dog!
