WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, and mold damage mitigation and restoration services.
- Provide air duct and dryer vent cleaning services.
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials as needed.
- Complete assigned projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
- Maintain quality workmanship on every project.
- Clean carpets, upholstery, and a variety of hard surface flooring.
- Set up, operate, and maintain restoration equipment.
- Deliver professional customer service while working on-site.
- Keep customers informed throughout the restoration process.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications
- Restoration or professional cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Xactimate is an advantage.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality work.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
