WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities
- Lead and support restoration and cleaning technicians on a daily basis.
- Ensure all projects are completed efficiently while meeting company quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain quality assurance.
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members.
- Organize project schedules and coordinate daily workflow.
- Serve as a primary point of communication for customers throughout each project.
- Complete job documentation and oversee production-related activities.
- Help manage company equipment, vehicles, and inventory.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Xactimate is considered an advantage.
